The original line up included; John Carter vocals, Joe Ross drums, John Myers bass, Keith Anderson and Martin Lien guitars. John Carter and Joe were former alumni of Eclipse of Eden and Rue Morgue. Both Joe and Keith were sharing duties with ROFNR band the Chicken Hawks and Swing By Seven. Martin and John had recently left a rock band Temporah. All members wanted to start a new project. </div> <bR> <div> After a month of trying to secure a practice spot and writing material Il Lust recorded a six song E.P. to be released on their independent label Cuba Lira. Since October new songs have been completed. A full-length recording is expected in late April 02' as well as a split with another local Sioux City band Kill My Captain. </div> <bR> <div> A short period after the band made their debut on Halloween Keith was asked to leave due to creative differences. Il Lust's future line up may include a keyboard player which they are currently holding auditions. A tour will be scheduled for the summer of 2002. </div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
